My Ethics and Coaching Agreement
I am dedicated to providing an environment that is safe and where individuals can freely choose to acquire the skills they feel they need to function appropriately and successfully in their own lives. I am not able to for see every situation that may encounter however I will exercise personal judgment and ethical reflection.
- I will regard the well-being of the persons I facilitate and coach as my primary responsibility.
- I will only undertake a client/coaching agreement that I believe I am capable of honestly handling.
- I will recognize that competence for a particular task ay require advise with experts in other professional fields on a confidential basis.
- I will respect the clients in professional relationships and act in accordance with their needs and appropriateness when in the coaching situation.
- I am aware of diverse backgrounds, and when topics arise, treat the material objectively.
- I will be open, honest and non-judgmental, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- I will recognize that behavior is not the individual and that the individual has the right to change his/her behavior if he/she chooses.
- I do not expect the participants to demonstrate behaviors beyond their capacity and their level of skill development. I will try however to create an environment that presents learning opportunities to make the required change.
- In the case of voluntary or involuntary termination of the participant/coach relationship, my goal is that the student leaves with as much dignity as possible.
- I will fulfill obligations to clients with integrity and competence.
- I hold myself accountable and responsible for the efficient performance of my duties to my client, however at any time you as the client have a choice in how you would like to be coached.
I realize that I have in all a general responsibility to the level of intensity of involvement and the difference between
professional and personal involvement with students. I also respect the confidentiality and will protect the privacy of all
participants according to the current laws and hold in confidence all acquired information concerning the participant.
Agreement
By entering into an coaching arrangement with Kellie Sagadore and ChangingWays Coaching (hereafter referred to in this document as "CWC")
the client accepts that he or she cannot take legal action at any time, and for whatever reason, against CWC. This service accepts no
liability for any acts of or injuries sustained by a client during the course of his or her consultation including career or on the job activities.
All business conducted between CWC and the client will be offered in what CWC deems to be in the best interests of the client with no expectations.
Clients must acknowledge that the internet, by its very nature, cannot be regarded as a completely private medium and CWC cannot be held responsible
for the activities of "hackers" or system malfunctions.
All clients must be 16 years of age or over, or have parental consent for their participation in the email career consultations.
CWC may recommend various books to assist clients but we in no way accept responsibility for any personal or career damage suffered by the client
for the views put forth by the author/s or publisher of such material.
All material and photographs on this website are the property of CWC and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
CWC adheres to strict guidelines regarding confidentiality and upholds proper professional and ethical standards at all times.
The purpose of this service is to assist clients to resolve issues that are hindering to their recovery and manage their lives. Kellie Sagadore is a Life Skills coach and has also recovered from the eating disorder, Bulimia Nervosa. She is not a therapist or psychologist, and this service does not offer personal or psychiatric counselling.
All Clients or potential clients should address his or her correspondence to Kellie at changingwayscoaching.com in a clear and respectful manner without recourse to profanity. Should Kellie Sagadore deem an email to be obscene or offensive in any way, all correspondence will be halted and the balance of monies paid will not be reimbursed to the client.

Cancellations & Refunds
I am confident that you will enjoy and benefit from your online workshop experience. If circumstances do force you to withdraw, the following refund policies apply.
If you cancel within 24 hours of registration (according to date/timestamp on your registration form), you are entitled to a full refund or credit toward the program at a later date. This must , however be used within 6 months of the original registration time/date.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after the end of the first session.
In order to cancel your registration, you must notify Kellie by email (Contact Us). Refund calculations will be based on the date/time the email is received. Your email message must include: your full name, and your return email address. Failure to submit assignments, and/or notifying the coach DOES NOT constitute official cancellation. Refunds takes 4-6 weeks to process, and will only be credited to the account you used when signing up.
